Activities & News
The Art Department just finished making 50 ceramic bowls for the Sisters of St.Francis fundraiser, this is the 4th year we have participated. The School Sisters of St. Francis will hold their Joseph Bowls Soup Supper on Thursday, March 19th.
This year we will be exhibiting at Anderson Art Center in April-June will post date of reception later.
The Studio Art/Art Club just elected their officers: Megan Madrigrano and Catherine Ryan as Co-Presidents, and Liz Collins as Sec/Treasurer. The Art Club will be selling candy again this year to raise money for the Art Club $300 Tuition Scholarship to a continuing art student here at SJCA. It will also fund the Annual Art Club/Studio Art Field Trip.
The Art Club is planning a field trip to the Chicago Art Museum in April.
This is artwork by Stephanie Salmar's Middle School Students, it was displayed at the 2013 Anderson Art Show.
